Boca do Lobo at GALA8
Boca do Lobo and KOKET introduced collectible furniture and sculptural design to the setting of GALA8 Season II at Pátio da Galé.

Boca do Lobo joined GALA8 Season II as one of the event’s key design partners, working alongside KOKET to introduce collectible furniture into Pátio da Galé.
The pieces were positioned across the venue as part of the interior composition of the evening. They framed arrival areas, conversations and photographs while giving guests the opportunity to encounter the work outside a conventional showroom.
Founded in Portugal, Boca do Lobo is known for furniture that combines specialised craftsmanship with expressive forms and materials. Its participation brought a recognisable part of the country’s contemporary design scene into one of Lisbon’s historic spaces.
KOKET added a complementary perspective, with pieces shaped by strong silhouettes, decorative detail and a close relationship with fashion and interiors.

Janet Morais played an important role in developing the collaboration. Through her work with KOKET, DeMorais International, Love Happens Magazine and Coveted Magazine, she connects design, publishing and international brand partnerships.
Her involvement extended beyond arranging the presence of individual pieces. The presentation was considered as part of the wider environment of GALA8, including how guests would encounter the furniture and how it would appear in photography and video.
This approach reflects the way GALA8 works with its partners. Each collaboration is developed around the audience, the space and the content produced during the event.
For Boca do Lobo and KOKET, Season II created an opportunity to present Portuguese design to more than 500 guests from business, culture and the creative industries. For GALA8, the partnership helped define the visual identity of the venue and added a strong local design presence to the evening.
